How We Work

Straightforward process.
Tangible outcomes.

No lengthy discovery workshops. No waiting months for a first deliverable. We move fast, keep you in the loop at every stage, and make sure you can run the result yourself.

Our Process

Four stages from problem to solution.

i.

Discover

A free 30-minute call to understand your situation. We ask the right questions, listen carefully, and by the end both parties know whether there is a good fit. No commitment on either side.

ii.

Scope & Design

We translate your goals into a concrete plan — clear deliverables, realistic timelines, agreed costs. A written proposal arrives within 48 hours. We design the data architecture or workflow upfront so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before work begins.

iii.

Build & Iterate

Development runs in short sprints — typically one to two weeks each — with regular check-ins in between. You see something working early and can redirect if your priorities shift. There are no big reveals at the end.

Common Questions

Things people usually ask.

How quickly can you start? +
Most projects can kick off within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. Discovery calls are usually bookable the same week you get in touch.
Do you work on-site or remotely? +
Primarily remote, which keeps delivery costs lean. For larger implementations or team workshops we are happy to come on-site wherever you are based.
What size of organisation do you typically work with? +
Everything from growing SMEs to large enterprise teams. Size matters less than whether your challenge is a good fit for our expertise.
Can you pick up an existing Power BI setup? +
Absolutely. We regularly inherit existing reports, data models, and Fabric workspaces and improve or extend them rather than starting over.
Do you offer training alongside delivery? +
Yes — knowledge transfer is part of every engagement. We can also run standalone Power BI or Power Automate workshops for your team if that is more useful.
What does a typical project cost? +
Project work typically ranges from £/€5k for a focused dashboard build up to £/€50k for a full Fabric implementation. We provide a fixed written proposal before anything starts so there are no surprises.
What is a support retainer and how does it work? +
A retainer is a fixed monthly fee that gives you a set number of hours each month for amendments, new reports, troubleshooting, and guidance. Clients typically use it to keep their Power BI environment moving forward without needing a new project each time.
