How quickly can you start? +
Most projects can kick off within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. Discovery calls are usually bookable the same week you get in touch.
Do you work on-site or remotely? +
Primarily remote, which keeps delivery costs lean. For larger implementations or team workshops we are happy to come on-site wherever you are based.
What size of organisation do you typically work with? +
Everything from growing SMEs to large enterprise teams. Size matters less than whether your challenge is a good fit for our expertise.
Can you pick up an existing Power BI setup? +
Absolutely. We regularly inherit existing reports, data models, Fabric workspaces, and Databricks environments and improve or extend them rather than starting over.
Do you offer training alongside delivery? +
Yes - enablement is part of every engagement, not an add-on. After implementation we run hands-on sessions covering the platform itself plus AI best practices, effective prompting and responsible use. We can also run standalone Power BI, Power Automate or AI-enablement workshops for your team.
Do we need to fix our data before we can do anything with AI? +
In most cases, yes - and that is usually the bulk of the work. Predictive models, ML pipelines and LLMs are only as reliable as the data beneath them. We start by getting sources connected, modelled and governed, then build the AI on top. It is entirely normal for a first engagement to be foundation work with AI as the stated destination.
Can you build machine learning and LLM solutions, or only reporting? +
Both. We deliver predictive analytics, production ML pipelines on Fabric or Databricks, and knowledge-grounded LLM and Copilot workloads that answer from your governed data. The reporting layer and the AI layer sit on the same foundation, which is why we build it once and build it properly.
What is a support retainer and how does it work? +
A retainer is an ongoing arrangement that gives you an agreed block of time each month for amendments, new reports, troubleshooting and guidance. Clients typically use it to keep their environment moving forward - and to keep extending what their team can do with it - without needing a new project each time.
